We started Metal & Flake because we kept seeing the same thing on jobs — homeowners had paid for an epoxy floor a few years earlier, the cheap installer cut corners, and now the whole thing was peeling, scratched, or yellowing. They'd been told they were saving money. They weren't.
So we built a business that does it the other way. We use commercial-grade epoxy systems. We never skip the prep. We don't subcontract. The person who quotes the job is the person on your floor — and the same person you'll talk to if you ever need to call about anything.
Fifteen years and over 500 floors later, we've still never had a warranty claim we couldn't sort. We're proud of that — and we plan to keep it that way.
